Featuring the same elegant, contemporary Italian dining, Fiola Miami encompasses approximately 5,800 square feet with seating for 120 guests inside, plus additional veranda seating. Jeffrey Beers International led the design of the restaurant, in collaboration with celebrated, Barcelona-based Lazaro Rosa-Violan, who designed the Trabocchi's most recent restaurant, Del Mar.

Located on Venice’s private island, Isola delle Rose, accessible only via boat, Fiola at Dopolavoro Venezia is all about exclusivity and luxury. Set to open in April 2019, the newest Fiola will feature a sophisticated ambiance coupled with striking architectural details that date back to the 1920s.
Featuring a few culinary highlights from the celebrated Michelin-starred restaurant, Fiola DC, the menu provides a nostalgic twist on traditional Venetian cuisine prepared with a modern presentation. Dishes will combine seasonal ingredients locally sourced from Venice’s famous, centuries-old Rialto Market, the Adriatic Sea, as well as vegetables and exclusive olive oil from the private island’s own vegetable garden and olive grove.
