Fiola DC is Chef Fabio Trabocchi’s Michelin-star flagship restaurant, located in Washington, D.C. The restaurant’s authentic Italian menus are prepared using the finest local and Italian ingredients, prepared with both traditional and modern techniques. The restaurant nods to the regional and seasonal cuisines of Italy and offers a nostalgic take on the past and translates it to a contemporary culinary experience that is refined, yet unpretentious.

Fiola ~ Miami

Featuring elegant, contemporary Italian dining, Fiola Miami encompasses approximately 5,800 square feet with seating for 120 guests inside, plus additional veranda seating. Jeffrey Beers International led the design of the restaurant, in collaboration with celebrated, Barcelona-based Lazaro Rosa-Violan, who designed our Spanish restaurant, Del Mar.
